Beth Phoenix & Jillian def. Women’s Champion Melina & Kelly Kelly
As her beau, Santino Marella, watched from the announcer’s table, Beth Phoenix had an opportunity to win back some of her pride, if not the Women’s Title, when she and Jillian took on the team of Kelly Kelly & new Women’s Champion Melina, who won the gold from The Glamazon the night before at the Royal Rumble. As the Divas squared off in the ring, Phoenix’s No. 1 crazed fan, Rosa Mendes again made her presence known by pulling Melina off the ring apron. Mendes’ involvement gave Phoenix just the opening she needed to pin Kelly Kelly and win the match.
Later, in the locker room area, Rosa Mendes was all aflutter talking to Santino Marella about her involvement in the tag bout. The two were interrupted by Beth Phoenix herself, who told the Italian Superstar that they could “keep” the enthusiastic Mendes, who had been angling for a position assisting her favorite dominant Diva.

Shortly after her match against Kelly Kelly, Beth is quickly congratulated by Santino backstage telling her he has a surprise. Beth’s excitement is quickly shot when she sees Rosa Mendes walk up to them. Santino announces that since Rosa is banned as a fan from the shows, he would like to hire Rosa as an intern for the Glamazon. Rosa expresses how it is her dream to become a WWE Diva and it would be an honor to learn from the best. Beth is reluctant with the idea and tells the both of them that she will think about it and walks off. Santino has plans otherwise as he goes on to tell Rosa what she can do to impress The Glamazon.
Later in the show, Jillian Hall is set to face Melina in a one on one match. Glamarella along with Rosa walk down the ramp to spectate the match. When Melina picks up the win, she soon walks over and looks down at the trio outside of the ring. With a signal from Santino, Rosa speeds her way into the ring and attacks Melina in an attempt to impress Beth. However, the plan backfires as Beth immediately enters the ring, pushes Rosa away and handles Melina herself, giving her the Glam Slam and making it perfectly clear that she doesn’t need help from anyone to beat her at Royal Rumble. With that, Beth collects her Title and Slammy Award and storms off up the ramp heading backstage leaving a confused Rosa and Santino behind.
Rosa Mendes & Ian Richardson vs. Angela & Yamamoto
Yesterday, FCW featured a live show at ABC Auto in Tampa Florida. On Card was Angela & Yamamoto vs. Wesley Holiday & Ian Richardson. Due to “injury”, Rosa replaced Wesley in the Mixed Tag Team Match.
