Debut: Dec. 29th 2008An overzealous fan with a dream come true, Rosa Mendes began her WWE career from the other side of the stands. Wildly waving her “I (heart) Beth” signage and vehemently cheering on the dominant Glamazon for weeks, Mendes’ support eventually turned problematic for WWE security personnel. Leaping barricades, Mendes found herself physically involved in Beth Phoenix’s bouts, as a way to sustain her Diva idol’s supremacy.
Such tenacity was quickly rewarded as Mendes was offered an enriching internship position with Glamarella. While most interns spend their days seeking very specific caffeinated beverages for their managers, “coordinating” mass mailings and “executing” various other menial duties, Rosa’s gig led her to the squared circle. On Raw, she has earned the hands-on training she needs to one day establish a career as impressive as her mentor.

Ok a profile sounds cool but are you sure Milena Roucka (Rosa mendez) is a wwe diva??? I was just thinking because I don’t think that the wwe have confirmed that Rosa is a wwe but I know that Milena Roucka (Rosa Mendez) iz FCW diva…
They wouldn’t have put her profile up on the WWE website if she wasn’t.
Ok but why hasn’t Rosa been put in any matchs on RAW though??? What Rosa has only been doing is managing Beth Phoenix (The Glamazon) Linny and she should be put in some matchs thats what I cant understand…
Not all Divas have to wrestle right away to be legit talents on the roster. Maria, Eve, Candice, Kelly… they all didn’t start wrestling as soon as they debuted in the WWE. WWE are taking their time with her, because obviously it’s not smart to rush a fresh new talent to the ring especially with the kind of storyline that Rosa is in right now.
Remember, Rosa is supposed to be a “Diva in Training” under the wing of Beth Pheonix, so she’s not supposed to be the full out wrestling Diva… it wouldn’t make sense in this storyline for her to all of a sudden know how to wrestle well. Rosa’s “learning” so it’s gonna take some time before she makes it into the ring for a match… although some people are predicting she might this Monday… who knows.
Oh I get what you mean now Rosa Mendez will need more training maybe Beth Phoenix and Santino Marella can train her.
